Now, a year later, just after a 1 year lease renewal, they have produced a very sketchy looking ESA letter (a letter typed on a Google document with no official letterhead) from a licensed therapist 120+ miles away indicating they need a cat as an ESA.

Accordingly, the transition of property ownership officially transfers from the seller to you (A-B transaction).

As if telling them that you are the SOLE OWNER of the LLC wasn't enough, they needed an official letterhead stating:Priscilla Z - 100% ownershipIncredible.

Cause that goes so well… If anything Bigger Pockets should consider spearheading a lobbyist outfit, as much as I hate the very notion of lobbying.

I am from Long Island, New York and looking to start purchasing multi-family rental properties in Connecticut (or maybe elsewhere).Officially, I have not decided on a particular neighborhood in CT, but I am leaning towards New Britain, CT.
