Modular homes can indeed come with garages, either pre-designed or as an add-on, depending on the company you choose and your specific design plan.Companies and QualityThere are numerous reputable companies that produce modular and manufactured homes  Examples, 1) Blu Homes, 2) Clever Homes, 3) US Modular Inc..

I would suggest finding a mentor  or someone that has done this before and partnering with them on your first few until you get a handle on the cost of drywall finishing etc...You live in an area where there are numerous REIA's and meetups that will really be invaluable to you if you go to them.
