Dear fellow REIs, I wish you had great Easter weekend.In 2018, my REI goal is fix & flip individual units in multi-family buildings and generate net profit over $100K to learn and test about this industry.

My fiance and I are moving out to Colorado in the summer and instead of renting, I'd like to try and buy a multi-family unit and rent out the other units.

I am trying to start buying small to mid-sized Multi-family properties in Washtenaw and Wayne Counties. 

I am looking for both single family and multi family properties.

The idea is to use the RV as temporary housing while my real estate license kicks in and we can buy land or, preferably, a multi-family.

My future goal in to get into multi family deals.

I need a vehicle to find and drive sellers to me .
