I know that directly asking for mentors on here isn't allowed so I decided to just call some local real estate companies near where I live and asked if anyone wanted free labor.

They are an investing and mentor group and that focuses on Buy and Hold but you can still go to their free workshop and meet investors who have cash to invest and there are tables set up with brochures for hard money lenders and other vendors that you are looking for and can assist you in building your team.Check out Meetup for real estate and wholesalers meetings you can network with.

This site is very informative also you may be able to find a mentor in your area.

I would find a mentor in your area that already does whole selling or flipping.

I have been helped and mentored along the way and I believe in passing that on.
