Hello All,For SFH, at what point do you consider lowering your monthly rental asking price? 

Or should I continue to do both (the plan right now) on a lower budget? 

I also won't be driving as far for work so I'll have lower expenses and more time to read, research and study real estate. 

We would like to refurbish this basement to the level of being able to air bnb this space of our house while we live upstairs.  

By this time we missed our rental window so we had to lower rent to get it rented.

exact same thing happened to me 2 years ago,, VA appraisal / financing,,, Once a appraisal is on record it stays on record with FHA or VA for anyone else looking to purchase if you decline to sell at lower price to them..
