I thought I could grow a portfolio of cash flow producing real estate in lower tier neighborhoods but after speaking with a number of people through this platform and elsewhere, its a losing proposition.

Hoping to get anywhere from a quad-plex to larger multifamily deals.

We will see what the future bring, I am hoping some sanity comes back to the market.

If I could do that, I might get the property for what I'd originally intended, plus the owners would get some badly needed money instead of a big fat NOTHING by losing it in the auction.  

When you get to the rental income section, make sure to add the gross monthly income of the entire property as well to properly determine your analysis.I hope this helps!
