One tenant of four on the lease moved in on Thursday and moved out Friday saying they did not feel safe in this Nashville  rental.The lease requires 30 day notice plus 3 months rent to terminate lease.

What has bothered me is that with a 12 month lease it is the 13th month that the unit is vacant.

You have to live with that decision under the terms already agreed to in the lease.

I only ask because my car got booted a month ago without warning for vehicle registration and it's the primary reason I'm moving out as soon as the lease is up.
