The small Sicilian town of Gangi is nestled in a lovely central part of the island and needs new residents to replenish its dwindling populace.

I am looking for foreclosed properties, short sales, single family, and multifamily homes anywhere in NYC besides Staten Island.

I'm planning on hosting a few meetups here like I did on Long Island in Suffolk County. 

I am looking to buy a condo in St Simons, GA.  Does anyone on the forum have experience with this market?

@Duane HundleyIf you sell your home and hold a note, the payments you receive in most cases consist of both interest and principal.

if so, I would vote for Raleigh just because of the projected population growth and it's consistent rankings on the top 10 places lists.

Some of these have had all of the units under one roof, and some have consisted of alternative designs (like 2 triplex units on the same lot). 

I'm in a beach house on Sanibel Island at the moment and even though this is steamy Southwest Fl there is no fan.  

The better a reputation you get for building relationships and creating value for others, the more opportunity will flow your way.It won't happen overnight, but if you work at it consistently, it will definitely happen.
