Samuelson and Beardsley are also named as defendants in Move and NAR’s suit.Move and NAR have repeatedly alleged in the lawsuit that Zillow and its personnel hid and destroyed evidence to cover up unlawful conduct.The forensic investigation of Zillow computers, to be led by a court-appointed forensic expert, will include USB devices, e-mail accounts, Zillow computers, and personal computers and tablets used by Samuelson and Beardsley.NAR General Counsel Katherine Johnson says the judge’s order is another positive step that will help the association and Move prove its case.

I talked to the state realty commission about the PM and the state investigator made a call on my behalf to the PM.Currently there is a tenant in the home with a lease that expires in 5 months.

Definately investigate more after showing too.  

I have also been looking and REM Commercial has been one of the companies I am investigating now.

Two worth investigating would be Castle and Royal Rose.

I'm not certain I qualify for the Solo 401k but will investigate.

After investigation however it is my understanding  that it is local city ordianace that dictates how much can be grown not state.  

I thought I could fight this on my own but now strongly considering hiring an eviction lawyer since she also has a criminal investigation case for the building department passing inspection on the house when she believes it should not have been passed
