I am having a hard time finding insurance companies that insure properties owned under an LLC. 

I try to copy the type of structure thats working (changing the elevation) and use those as comps when I go to use a DSCR loan on the back end to pull money backend.Knowing what strategy you are going for would help me direct in a more accurate way.

The highest insurance rates in the country are in Florida right now, but I still like the state in general.

This is of course assuming that I can trust my brother at his word... which I 100% do, that the house will become mine, even though he will still be on the deed and the mortgage.What are the pros/cons of either strategy?
