This way, the seller gets 87k in hand, won't pay nearly as much taxes up front on a huge cash sale, will still be generating about the same amount of income as he is today, consistently for 20 years without the headache of managing it or insuring it.

Some people take signings for $35 thinking they are making money but don't because they don't account for vehicle expenses, paper, toner, etc.After expenses, your profit only comes out to like $10/hour or so on most days because packages are upwards of 250 pages and you have to print two of them.

But a lot of my clients that can get these better deals are now refinancing and keeping these and stacking inventory and when market conditions are such they can exit they will start selling and it makes sense hold them over 12 months and now you have a performing asset and you have cap gains instead of ordinary income.
