Recently, I'm assuming, since the pandemic these types of products have become less popular with banks since there is a lot of scared money out there that agencies are fearful towards lending out.

We recently rented a vacation home that was pet-friendly, and we were required to provide a certificate from our vet attesting to the good health of our pet (I believe to ensure that he was fully vaccinated).

@Jimmy Lieu I talked to a septic tank contractor and they pointed me to the right department for permits (Dept of Health, Wastewater where I am) Ended up talking to the person in charge of them at the Dept of Health for awhile, and learned a lot about septic in the process.

These prices scared me back to multifamiy.  

Im honestly just scared for something to go wrong.

You could add an additional provision stating the property is being delivered as-is and that the inspection objection period is to be used only for major health or safety items that could not have been known prior to inspection.

With the burden of paying for the public health crisis falling on local government instead of federal I don't see their budgets allowing a big increase in vouchers.
