Look into "Joint Venture" agreements perhaps! 

The use of series lcc with specific land trusts to allow for joint ventures investment is another advantage. 

Hey everyone,Background: I have an opportunity to do a Joint Venture on a single family home.

I'm a perfectionist and it seems so easy to say, 'Well, I don't have a website so no one will take me seriously.' or 'If I type my Yellow Letter instead of handwriting it no one will think it's genuine.'

I replaced it with pressure treated plywood taped the joints and removed all the containment I set up. 

And that extra cost is a small price to pay for having a "legitimate" storage joint. 

As far as the second part and her passing away the easiest way to make sure the transition happens from my unprofessional opinion it would be to add your husband's name to the deed as a joint-tenant and then when she passes he will just take full ownership.

Also have had very old copper plumbing joints fall apart especially if they used the thin gauge Cu pipe.Basically the kid using the shutoff that caused the break was proactive to say the least in identifying a problem you would have had later if you ever had to use the shutoffs yourself.But we were lucky when the same kid decided to use the wrong sized screws for the new sub flooring....
