I realize that most of these meetings are taking place virtually now over zoom, but if anyone in the area is aware of a local group or willing to create one please contact me! 

@Jamie Bateman started a 2020 conference list and I wanted to continue that, even in the virtual environment we're still mostly in.Here's what I've found so far.

Otherwise I feel I have it posted everywhere I could think of, and  recently packed up all of our stuff (minus some furniture) and took new photos on sunny days so believe the photos are good to go.

I can't imagine that this is illegal (even in Portland) and it has really improved the quality of my applicants and virtually eliminated no-shows...

Attend local or virtual meetups and put yourself out there stating what you're looking for.

For what lumber costs now, it should be furniture grade, lol.
