Get one of those in the bag and then you have a safety net to fall back on or you can use it to get a full-time job right away and at age 19-20 you can start saving a TON of money while your living expenses are still fairly low.

They will have to make choices on which bills to pay and the easiest to not pay is rent since they have to have lights, heat, air, food and gas.

The kitchen was disgusting, the cabinets had a thick coating of coagulated grease on it from years of fried food cooking I’m guessing.

There is so much to this equation, some not given, that it would be difficult for anyone to answer but I will add food for thought.

Food Stamps are for people whom are poor.

I would not be concerned about tenant safety at all but more worried about reduced rents and the stigma associated with a sinkhole making the house hard to sell in the future.

It used to be free but they just started implementing a membership fee to cover renting out venues and providing food.

If they receive things like food stamps, you could include that is monthly income.
