I bought my first place at 22/23 and the number of people who literally came out of the woodwork to tell me landlord horror stories, or that I was crazy to get into this, was too fricken high. 3 years later, I quit my job, started a new business and still watch them post on facebook about hating the job they're clocking into every day for 8 hours.Meanwhile, I love what I do, and I am darn good at it!
