Every piece of advise here is from personal experience. 

Some manufacturers are starting to make vinyl plank in thicker pieces so it snaps together easier (more like laminate).

They look for the first week or so, and really have no idea what they are looking at, then since you don't buy the 1st piece of trash they email you from the MLS, they give up.

I would definitely get a few nice but cheap pieces of furniture to stage the house a bit next time.

To be honest, I like having the neighbors be my eyes and ears there.

In some areas, it is cheaper to buy than the cost of putting up a new building, let alone systems development and permit fees.However, I do have a suggestion:Take that stream and develop it into a nice park-like area with gardening and benches and a couple of foot bridges.Then, you market like that stream is a huge asset, and you'll get buyers saying, "What a beautiful piece of property!"

With this guy the biggest piece of carpet ever left over is about 4 inches wide.

26 hours while taking 2 small naps of about 2 hours a piece.

Had to replace some sub floor and about 20 pieces of Allure.

It is also pretty common when you have a piece of commercial land/property which is what the 10 acres is being treated like, I presume.
