Looking to get my foot in the door investing in real estate through multiple channels.

We had to jack the house in order to change the sill as well as level the house.

There are 4 to 5 houses on this private drive way which is paved like a street but is not maintained by the city and most if not all of these houses belong to family members in the estate.I have to concerns about buying this property and please fill me in on your thoughts and opinions.  1.

People tend to not think about how many devices they have using the internet. 

Converting the entire property to a rental later allows full deductions but eliminates primary residence tax benefits, potentially increasing capital gains taxes on sale.
