Can you provide details that the building was zoned for multifamily in previous zoning overlay ( this will help support the case)?

I figured it could be an interesting talking point but I'm not super active on here and this could be perhaps the 100th time you've addressed the topic so I can understand some of the sarcasm.

When the bill comes in, I just delete my address (using DocHub) and email it to them.
