Don,  I'm sure there are other ways as well, but I use a Surface Pro 3 for a computer and it has a program built in called OneNote.  

Waking up early every day, fighting traffic, dealing with my bosses and managers, sitting at my computer all day, knowing this will be my life for the next 30+ years at a place I dread coming to but knowing there is another way through real estate investing is what keeps me motivated.

But I'm lucky enough to have a warm place to sleep at night, my own desk with a computer and internet, and food to eat.

Joshua, us computer illiterate newbies need lots of guidance, When I move my cursor over profile, the dropdown appears on the right side of the screen. as soon as I leave the profile button to try to go to the dropdown it disappears.

I have some rentals in lower income areas where people don't have an email or computer to access smart move.

Not sure if it includes citizenship rights or not (that's a joke-smile.)There is money and fun to be had, but it is work, I see plenty of serious buyers there with computers and color coded spreadsheets, big file folders of research, and piles of money.
