This wouldn't worry me if it is what it appears to be in the pictures and judging from your description. 

You need to read about dry, boring stuff, (at least once) like surveying  (not boring for some) but investors don't need to run around computing a back azimuth to write a legal description, but you do need to know how to read a legal description and figure an area of land.

If so, it was included in your description of the home. 

Put "Great Schools" in your property description, you have now violated the Fair Housing Act. 

I guess Realtors would call that a "cozy" description.
