A lesson I'm finally learning is to stop selling myself as a newbie (which I still consider myself, and in many aspects actually am).

However, all aspects to REI are interesting to me at this point, and I envision a portfolio with a mix of different properties.Aside from the excellent knowledge base here at BP, I am also looking forward to networking and connecting with everyone.  

I have found all the information to be extremely beneficial and have thoroughly enjoyed learning many aspects of the real estate business here so far.

Define "quickly"

Some states require a license for commercial loans, your RMLO might meet that and it may not.Another aspect, loan classifications in your state may not be totally defined by a borrower's intended use, the property type can make a difference.

With those margins you had better nail every aspect of the project.
