The service started off good & later declined as guy was overworked with 800 campus properties & his high school daughter doing accounting & statements.

His daughter has recently published an update on Stanley's research that'a also worth reading.I am most definitely happier now with a wife I never but never fight about money with and a household budget we understand every single last little thing about, than we were back in the days when we were wondering where-oh-where $75K a month was going and why it was so hard...so very hard...just impossibly hard to get ahead with our W2 income muzzled as a wealth-building tool.

I do tell them about CoC return concept and the power of leverage, however, when you factor closing costs, points etc for that mortgage of $60-70K, you’re much better off keeping it free&clear.Off course, if house worth $100K+, it makes sense to cash it out and repeat the processMy daughter lives in TX so I do visit that sunny state....lol 

When I started, I thought that people in my family (wife, son in law, daughter, parents) would share my vision for our future.

Given that our old 75 gallon didn't hold up with 2 teenage daughters I switched to NG on-demand & they never complained again in the 4 years they continued to live there & that included catering to their sleep over guys. 

During the government shutdown, I had one tenant tell me they couldn't pay the rent because her daughter (also on the lease) wasn't being paid. 

I am currently building a home office 12x24ft (with ensuite 1/2 bath) for my daughter at a multi unit she owns, manages & lives in when she's not working/quarantined in AZ.

Back in Normandy, my neighbor has ten cows and two daughters to milk them.
