A lot of my family/friends have lost their homes, but thankfully have made it out ok.I wanted to start this thread as kind of a 'check in' for everyone, and just making sure everyone is ok. 

In the last 9 months while working a new full time job (when I started my real estate journey) I have one rental house currently rented out and cashflowing, a fix and flip that is in process, and I just made an offer for a duplex with seller financing and limited money down that will cash flow nicely.

I am extremely interested in real estate investing and currently looking to close my first deal while working full-time as a Director in Customer Relations.

I am looking for more houses in the 19th Ward.The areas you put give you a big range of prices, and a variety of potential customers.

My last position made it nearly impossible to manage 4 doors.

It is a competitive business yes, but there are deals to be made everywhere , you just have to keep pushing through.Regards Charles

For the past year, whenever I Googled something about REI BP would inevitably come up, but I finally made an account!

I have been to the REIA meetings in Tucker, haven't made it to I-HOP yet, will try to do that this Thursday.

It made no sense than and it doesn't make sense now!
