About the refinancing topic, it will most likely be hard as normal banks in Spain are currently not providing these loans to individuals.

They will have have some rights ask if the current owner provided a Notice of Sale which would start the clock on eviction timing. 

They got me a quote from another provider and it was about 5x my current premium.  

I currently have about 300k in equity in the home and I want to utilize it. 

Dropping the price further would result in  more loss of at least $50,000 due to agent fees.Questions:Given my current situation, would you recommend selling the property, including offering seller financing, or keeping it as a long-term rental for a few years and then considering selling?

I know you said they're occupied currently but should that change the 16 hour round trip to show your unit is going to be killer. 

They’ll show you what they earned last year so you can get a sense of what to expect, but be sure to look at revenue/ occupancy trends over time to see if the market is trending down post-2021 (and give their totals a haircut for your own forward looking projections if so).
