Emails no longer have ‘Dear’ or ‘To Whom it May Concern’.  

One unit is currently vacant which I toured today and the windows looked to be in rough shape but the thing I am most concerned about is in the bedroom there was mold in one corner growing on the drywall that started about 2 inches up the wall and ended about 6 inches up the wall.

Lastly, if you want to be a landlord and get the benefits, but do not want to be concerned with tenant trash and toilets, then turnkey may be for you.Please fell free to reach out if you have any questions.

Hello BP'ers,In the prospect of purchasing a SFH in Philly around University area but know that semesters have all started so am a bit concern about finding students to rent.

But I am really concerned for my rental unit as more and more sudden surprises keep popping up.

I have had some of the same concerns about turnkey companies.

The court refused to dismissed the suit against him personally as litigants has the grounds to go after him.I'm a little concerned, check with my attorney and my insurance agent who had me buy liability insurance for myself besides the LLC.

It is concerning that they are not getting your approval for expenses over the approval threshold.

Have you addressed your concerns with the listing agent and his broker?
