Hello BP members,I am trying to understand if Cleveland, 44128, OH is a solid C class neighborhood to invest in.

It won't be 1% but you can get around .8% for class A area 700+ credit renters and very strong demand.

@Robert Tropp thanks for the reply and yes I'm trying to generate cash flow from the land and as far a the MH its 20+ years on (I lived in it back in HS class 96 :)) so I don't think the MH could be saved. 

I suggest one the first one be move in ready in a A or B class neighborhood.

Most of the time these investors are trading off some cashflow for lower maintenance requirements and a higher end tenant class. 

I will be selling my house (class A area) and pocket tax free profit.

I plan to start free financially literacy classes for children, one evening a week.These classes will be taught by a teacher, following a specific curriculum I am devising.

I find the area to be solid middle class with good cash flow.
