I am attending an auction this Saturday for three housing units. 10 percent of accepted offer is due to claim winning bid.

The judge seems very strict and we want to get this leach out.Knowing he is headed towards eviction, he called the health department claiming he had sewage in his room.  

I seriously doubt the insurer will pay the claim because this is illegal and probably specifically excluded from the contract.  

I would double my suggestion if this is not small claims court.

The proponents have claimed that homes prices in the area can not be justified for 40 years. 

Hi all,I was recently introduced to a real estate investment opportunity by an old friend (who claims to be a gap funder/broker).He introduced me to a partner of his who claimed he had access to portable mobile home units across the country and in which case I could invest in each rental property for an investment of $10-15k each and receive a residual passive income of approximately $2.5k/month.The deal would be a completely turn-key investment, as I would own the note on the mobile unit, and I would not have to do any maintenance, etc as a normal landlord would.Everything sounded great on paper, but here's where a got overly suspicious:1) The one-page, loosely written contract he provided did not disclose any address or rental property infornation, nor were there any lease/loan terms or agreements set forth.2) The urgency to close the deal.

To claim the primary residence $250k/$500k exemption under Section 121, you have to have lived in the property for two of the past five years.

I never had a claim and it just makes your place more expensive to rent.Not having Internet may be a deal breaker for people that are addicted to the internet.I checked and there are only 2 other listings in your area.

I have since spoken with the female resident who states that the male claims that he is moving out, they are not married, and has no intentions of paying rent, however it sounds like he has been saying that for a while.

I have asked for the agreement for the tenant(they claim it is month to month), security Deposit at Closing, section 8 contact info, and what the payment history has been since the bank has owned it.
