Choosing a prequalified buyer is another excellent piece of advice for investors just starting with REI.

Just don't pick the super cheap guy with the bad reputation!

Personally I would not invest in rentals in a HOA and as a landlord would never want renters in a Condo unit I choose to live in.

Pick and choose which episodes interest you most, or start from episode one and listen in order.

If you're worried about the platform and the project's sponsor colluding to do this I would think reputation risk and lawsuit risk would pretty easily be a deterrent for that.

@Justin Hamel, to get the @ symbol to work properly to tag someone, you have to choose the name that pops up in a prompt near the bottom of the page after you type the symbol and the first few letters of the persons name. 

Choosing not to invest because of irrational fears is not a good idea.
