Run the numbers... men lie, women lie, numbers don’t... if the numbers say it’s a good investment do it don’t listen to your heart in situations like this

Actually I lied, my first offer was $5k which they countered with $9k.

which ever lie works best for you that you can use with no conscience will fit in well with that attitude

Sometimes those who seem the nicest are the best at lying.  

Deals fall apart, clients will lie, appraisers will kill deals - it's all part of the business.  

I want to find out the truth, why the tenants lie?

They purposefully lied to a landlord even though they knew they were likely going to get stiffed on the rent.But I just don't see any realistic scenario where it would make good business sense to allow someone with an eviction to move in.

This is because they have and figure if they don't address this, they aren't "lying", they just "skipped" this part. 

The number won't lie and will tell you if you should do the deal or not.

I will NEVER again have a broker who I don’t like/trust or who doesn’t see the specialness of what I’m trying to sell.He lied so much that I have considered suing him, but hopefully karma will make it right :).
