Something Goolge takes seriously.Needs to be fast.And it needs to be authoritative.If you look at it that way, then no it doesnt matter who it is as long as it is used correctly.Looking at it from an other perspective, choosing investor Carrot for example, you can rest assured, they are fast, reputable, and mobile optimized.Getting a wix site.. or a wordpress site.... you just are not a very serious player.

If they’re added as occupants instead of tenants, then they wouldn’t get to piggyback off their brother’s assured continued good rental history.If they’re added as tenants, they do NOT meet our rental qualification requirement standards, so I’m not sure how to avoid trouble there making such big exceptions … or maybe the rules are different in a roommate situation like this, since we can’t market the remaining tenant or roommate spots to the public, to move in with Tenant Alpha?

Similar to when a football coach tells his players to "remember this feeling" after a big loss so they can assure it won't happen again, remember the feeling of having to pay rent and be sure that in your (hopefully near) future you can transition to the other side of things as a landlord and escape the tenant life.I think for now you need a serious look at your situation.

The burden is on the issuer of a Rule 506(c) securities offering to have a reasonable assurance that all investors are accredited prior to accepting their funds.

Better is if you have an address of a building you like you can visit the location where it was approved by the buildings department and most often they will have the plans.
