@Dev PaulI have heard from property managers along Destin/30A that long-term rentals are getting hard to come by, and some of the larger STR homes still standing just west of the major damage are being rented by contractors/workers/adjusters for months at a time without even a request for a lighter rate for their extended booking.

Some of them you can turn by hand; some you need a regular adjustable wrench (Crescent wrench) or pair of pliers; some you need a T-handle wrench or "water key" that the hardware store sells.

Depending on demand I can adjust the price of the room and I usually make about 750-950 a month off a room.Based off my current model I am now thinking it will be smarter to apply the same strategy to entire condos in Atlanta and rent them for about $105 a night.Benefits - million dollar liability insurance , short term (can check on property) , debit card and gov id on file, payment with 24 hours.What do you guys think?
