All that being said, there has to be a way out if they are actively damaging the property and you will need a lawyer to advise you properly.

I "think" they are big, active, good at winning the auctions, and have big reputation.....I cant get them on the phone....but am intrigued by them....and what exactly they are...

So their lease states “The party seeking to terminate the lease must give the other party 30 days notice or must provide notice according to the applicable state law for month-to-month tenancies” Does this mean if I were to give the non-rewenal notice 9/12/2018 they have to leave by 10/12/2018?
