We just started to see an uptick with the development proposals going on down there.Also, a large increase for Carrick and Mt Oliver (I remember 5 years ago I wouldn't touch Mt Oliver with a 10 foot pole lol).Biggest problem we are currently having for our investors (and my personal investments) is that the inventory is so limited there is a feeding frenzy on whats out there.

And once either attorney reaches out to the other for proposed changes to the agreement, the 3 day clock stops and the attorney review period last as long as it has to.After all terms are agreed to during attorney review, the period is concluded and the deal is officially 'under contract'.So does your state have an attorney review period?

The reason being is that the news last week indicated the new casino will probably bring about 30k jobs+ to the area plus there's a proposal to build an airport bigger than Pearson in the future, and the nuclear plant is confirmed to be shut down by 2024 and all waste treatment completed by 2028.
