I have been using Quicken 2013 Rental Property Manager, but before I just upgrade to the current version, I wanted to learn what others are using and see if you would recommend it.

@Brandon Luke $100/door is basically a shorter version of saying: making a $100 profit per unit after all expenses.

I also have no doubt it's full of valuable infoI just bought the digital version since I read from my phone quite a bit.
