I think for a lot of folks who have had less than desirable results with the "Rich Dad Training" sessions that it's more a quality control issue.

I don't think a DIY business card would throw a sale because of the quality of my product and services are what brings the customers to me in the first place.So I guess basically I'm saying being polished and professional is good, but it doesn't matter if you can't deliver where it really matters.

For the most part, people (at least, some people I know) seem to think they are pretty expensive for the quality of leads you get.

Running your property well is vital, but being reasonable and flexible is just as important to keeping quality tenants.

Everything I've read about painting when it comes to rehabbing says use high quality paints.

Depends on the laws in the area too and the quality and size of the units.

I'm not overly concerned about the cost of either plan, just my quality of life really.
