That body of knowledge can be frightful sometimes Joel :)I've seen blogs by frustrated poets and authors, just a means to express themselves and that's all well and good to let the creative juices flow, but when it comes to things like advising others in money matters or their health issues or buy a home, you'd think people would have enough sense not to advise if they really didn't know the subject....not always the case I know. :)

The tax implications are subject to interpretation by the IRS come tax season.

It's my favorite subject, so don't be afraid to reach out to me with questions or just to connect.

We run through it with the tractor and of course have to clean it before putting it away til the following weekend and luckily we spotted a tie out before running over it and possibly causing damage to the tractor.I want to at minimum send an e-mail addressing the subject...would prefer to just have a face to face (see them often).

This blog is not so much of the normal type of blog where I give a narrative on a subject.

What I do is enter the address on zillow so I know where it's located, set the range for square footage, year built, bedrooms and bathrooms, that are all close to the stats of the subject property and then say "sold in the last. 6 months".

I have lurked here a few times in the past, but only to read a thread or two on a specific subject.

If you're looking for something in this competitive market, it might be worth your while considering taking assignment of a subject to or seller finance deal, or even a property being sold on a wrap.

In the end, yours is a personal, subjective question.
