Need advice on LLC benefits and added cost incurred to file taxes. 

Not sure what all they are considering on the file, but those interest rates are super high.  

Don't accept any partial payments as that will be considered a cure by the court.As an alternative to eviction, file a Small Claims lawsuit for the amount due using the Notice of Quit as documentation along with the lease.

Syndications are usually structured so that the deprecation passes through to each investor’s personal tax filings.

There is a minimal cost to set up and file taxes under an LLC as well.

It boils some to little things like customer service and knowing a closer that does a great job at staying on top of the file to make sure it closes smoothly and on time.
