Looking back, I'm glad they take good measures to keep that activity down.

@Georgia Godfrey, rent price isn't the only measure of how much money you will make.

Before you go to those drastic measures, have your agent reach out to the legal hot line as, the first person (buyer or seller) that reaches out will be represented by the board.

They have no way of measuring vacancy rates from private investors, so the data is suspect.

I think it'll also be helpful to be able to easily 3D model to test various ideas and to get quick and precise measurements for cost estimates, material needs, etc. cheers
