I am not here to find how to get rich-quick nor do come with the mindset real estates is the platform, but am eager to learn the rope and will do anything( water boy, pick up office lunch) to win over a someone's valuable time.If you are someone in the Queens, NY area and would not mind teaching a new-born fish how to swim would be greatly appreciated. :-)Thanks, All

I have (what I think at least is) a good commercial loan platform that I think would be a great addition to a broker's toolbox. 

The crowdfunding websites, like the one you mentioned, are essentially middle-people that connect passive investors with investment sponsors using an online platform. 

I know Podio is highly taunted but I don’t think I need such a robust platform since I don't wholesale.

However both platforms have a learning curve.

RS was working on their crowdfunding platform and had about 3 folks in there with their computers etc.I suspect the business deal needs to be some sort of contract that also includes a space to work..

I also see value in investing in platforms like Ethereum, Stellar, OmiseGo and Storj.
