Bankers license and grew that business up to the point we were originating 40 loans or so a month all of them for West coast BRRRR buyers buying in the Mid west and deep south..  08 hit and we got slaughtered..

I grew up very close to the Toledo/Maumee area and my wife graduated from UT so very awesome to hear stories of relatively local success.

I don't think the front of this house is anything special to see (I grew up in the city) so I would probably put your best picture forward and move that one back in the grouping, and maybe even retake it with the tacky "For Rent" sign gone or blotted out.
