Any leads, or info, or anything in that particular area would be a great jumping off point for me to make some phone calls and what not. 

In my experience, relying solely on pictures can be outright misleading, they do not provide insights into the internal structures or the condition of the roof, plumbing, and wiring to say the least.

Is the unit tip top, are your photos professional, is it priced accurately, does your listing have all the proper call outs and are you really 'selling' the property and putting it's best foot forward.

I was thinking of purchasing a hot tub...I called local companies and can get a 220v hot tub for around 6500, or could order a "plug and play" online that is 110v.

We've a track record to share and a story to tell as we market our "new" resort to a large & generally untapped upscale customer base throughout Texas as well as both nationwide and internationally.

I don’t want some part time agent who ignores calls just because it’s a Saturday, I’m trying to streamline future processes by making sure i get the best agent possible starting out, so what are some good questions to ask?

Perhaps call and ask an appraiser, maybe I'm wrong.
