It feels as if the shift to more of an apartment home is what helps with tenant retention.Having amenities on property, such as dog parks and fitness centers, help with retention, and being close to amenities also helps.I think the same can be said for most smaller multifamily, with having washer dryer hook ups, 2 to 3 beds, at east 1 1/2 baths, if you have some privacy for a yard would be a huge bonus.I really would stay away from pools for small multi families.

If I can ever help on the PM side let me know, but we also buy/own multifamily properties so happy to help on the ownership side too if possible.

But I’m curious whether it be now or during a vacancy if there’s an effective way to help soundproof a little better aside from the obvious open up all the drywall and insulate? 

I am really interested in the potential that RE investment has to help provide an income for my family and help me slowly build a farming operation that is set up for long-term sustainability.I plan to use my RE license to raise capital and get access to potential rental properties.
