But if you are able to house two dog lover tenants they may be very, very long term (as few other rental situations would fit) and even willing to pay some premium, as mentioned.

As in $200-$300/mo/unit ... this will be more accurate generally, but still vary depending on the size of the unit, number of bathrooms, fit and finish, class of the neighborhood, etc.
