Personally I believe I’m at the point in my investing career where I get the basics but I’m ready to dig deeper.

Once I got boots on the ground there I was gonna deep dive some markets to see if numbers work.

Even deeper on the growing/vineyard side, farming annual row crops versus growing perennial grapes is a vastly different business model, has much greater appreciation potential, and far different income/acre than row crop farming.

A negative mindset sinks you deeper into a hole, causing you to see despair rather than hope.

You want to be educated but make sure to dive in as soon as you can.Make offers, talk to people, and tell everyone you know you're looking to take a problem property off their hands.I hope that helps!
