My business partner showed up at this property because he was given the wrong address by one of our bird dog realtors- The owner was there and the conversation turned to a spiritual one and they hit it off.

In the past we have approached the other owner about tenting for termites and he has always declined due to lack of funds.

So I am already in process of buying a property with owner financing (made offer Friday) and another deal has kind of fallen on my lap.

Then look in the county assessors website to find the owners. it should give their name and mailing address.

There were some expenses which we could not predict because the former owner had stripped out all the appliances etc.  

I'm not sure if the owners have shopped this around to the Apartment brokers already and they've all passed on the deal, or the owners don't know what's going on.

The owner and I could not agree on a settling price.
