Occasionally I do get some slightly funny interactions from clients expecting their legal work to look a certain way because of companies like LZ.

I think he was trying to convince me that he wasn't a salesperson even though he was clearly reading from a script and couldn't actually interact with me naturally.Anyway - I'm not smart enough to be able to have a successful coaching relationship over the phone. 

I agree with the comments above about getting the command involved (they can be very persuasive) if payment becomes an issue, but I think you will find that payment is not a big issue with military folks.They have always left the house in good shape with no damage and there is typically very little interaction between us; they don't ask for much and don't cause any problems.

@andy @Andy ZenczykiewiczI think the best way to start is to estabilish a foundation of knowledege by reading, listening and interacting. 

And this, friends, is the down side to the internet. 1 bad interaction years ago can keep causing problems. 

It is a lot of work but they are retired and enjoy the interaction with the guests.

These cookies tell google and facebook that these folks have been to my web page and when google or facebook shows them an ad, it just might be mine as they have already been to my website - this is retargeting - and it is how you see that ad for what ever the day after you were browsing that website for what ever.Now you will have to excuse me - I need to go do may daily Craigslist ads and Interact a bit on Facebook.BTW - Facebook is awesome at generating investor buyer leads, craigslist and the website generate the seller leads.
