I get zero interest same as cash on many items.

Wouldn't it make more sense to take a small hit every month or zero cash flow, buy a condo for her, and have the SS and Pension pay the mortgage?

For me personally I have landlord insurance policies for my dwelling in place and the rentals under my name.

My rule of thumb - If your net wealth is less than $1M, protect your assets with an umbrella policy. 

Also I made no money during my time working with him which is addressed as part of his refund policy.

Can one named insured on rental property that is co-owned remove the other named insured from the policy if both names are on the deed to the property?

I've only ever used Kijiji & get tenants with zero issues.
