I would recommend just checking out all the different tabs at the top of your screen, networking as much as possible, and reading the BP audiobooks when you're driving. 

If the $ saved is worth your time and risk, it's a great strategy.

With all that being said, the 3 bed house is worth approximately 180k due to the location and lot size.

Look at the GIS property tax files for lots near you of similar size and recent sales for a price.Trailers are worth nothing.
