I think agents are willing to take calls from any investor in this part of the cycle.

Most lenders who do these will be bridge or very short term loans, say 3/5/7 years, however, some may still be doing 30 year terms on them. 

Most programs will lower loan to value max if the market is declining as determined by the appraiser.
